1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AdLibs at adlibs.ai (the “Service”), operated by Vessel Business LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AdLibs is a web application that extracts content frameworks from video and audio advertisements using AI-powered transcription and analysis. The Service generates reusable prompts that users can use with AI tools to create their own content.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Credits and Payments

• The Service operates on a credit-based system. One credit equals one ad extraction.
• Credits are purchased as one-time packs and never expire.
• All purchases are processed securely through Stripe.
• All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Service and immediate delivery of credits, refunds are not available once credits have been purchased.
• If you experience a technical issue that prevents an extraction from completing, contact us and we will restore the credit used.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing purchased credits are not affected by price changes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that you do not have the right to use or analyze
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute extraction results or prompts as a competing service
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the Service

6. Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading files, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze them solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload and analyze any content. We are not responsible for any copyright claims related to content you upload.

7. AI-Generated Output

The framework analyses and rewriter prompts generated by the Service are AI-produced outputs. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about the quality, accuracy, or effectiveness of any generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting all outputs before use.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, code, and branding are the property of Vessel Business LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

Extraction results and generated prompts are yours to use for your own business purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vessel Business LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
