AdLibs is operated by Vessel Business LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the AdLibs web application at adlibs.ai (the “Service”).

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address to create and manage your account via magic link authentication powered by Supabase.

Uploaded Content: When you use the extraction feature, you upload video or audio files. We process these files to extract audio, transcribe the content, and analyze the ad framework. Uploaded files are stored in Cloudflare R2 cloud storage.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the Service, including extractions performed, credits used, and features accessed.

Payment Information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Process your file uploads and deliver extraction results
  • Manage your account and credit balance
  • Process payments via Stripe
  • Send transactional emails (magic link sign-in)
  • Improve the Service based on usage patterns

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate AdLibs:

  • Supabase — Authentication and user management
  • AssemblyAI — Audio transcription (your audio is sent to AssemblyAI for processing)
  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI-powered framework analysis (transcripts are sent to Claude for analysis)
  • Cloudflare R2 — File storage for uploaded media
  • Stripe — Payment processing
  • GoHighLevel — CRM contact management
  • Railway — Application hosting

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

5. Data Retention

Your uploaded files and extraction results are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual extractions from your dashboard at any time. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at [email protected].

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication tokens, and access controls on stored files. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Delete individual extractions from your dashboard
  • Opt out of CRM communications

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

AdLibs is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
